Aptitude Tests & Personality Tests
As part of the selection procedure, all GGPL employees have to undergo specially designed Aptitude Tests & Personality Tests conducted by Independent Management Consultants.These tests reveal the personality, inherent strength & weakness, etc. of the prospective candidate.
Based on the results, the candidate’s suitability for the position is decided. These tests are repeated every 18 months.
Reference Check / Background Check
Shortlisted candidates are required to furnish References for his/her good conduct and bonafide to the HR Department. We also take Police Verification of each and every persons employed before taking them for employment even on temporary basis in our factory.
